Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
To submit a support ticket using our Customer Portal, user must be registered with NS Computing.

If you are not a registered NS Computing customer, but need On-demand IT Support right now, please fill in your details and submit On-demand IT Support Request form. This will trigger support account registration as part of our On-demand IT support.
